Sectional Sofa Cleaning in Houston, TX
A sectional is the hardest piece in the house to keep clean — more seats, more seams, and a chaise nobody ever moves. We clean the whole thing, section by section, including the gaps between the units where most of the crumbs and dust actually live.

Every seat, back, corner and chaise — cleaned as one piece
Why sectionals get dirtier than regular sofas
A sectional is where a Houston family actually lives: movie nights, homework, dinner in front of the TV, the dog's favorite corner. And because it's heavy and modular, it almost never gets pulled apart. Dust, crumbs and pet hair settle into the joins between units and into the chaise, which is usually the single most-used seat in the house.
What we do on a sectional cleaning
- Separate the units where possible so the inside edges can be reached
- Vacuum the frame, seams, joins and under the cushions
- Pre-treat headrest and armrest oil, plus any stains you point out
- Hot water extraction across every seat, back cushion, arm and chaise
- Groom the fabric so the nap dries evenly across all sections
Cleaning only the dirty seat is the fastest way to end up with a sectional that looks patchy. We clean the whole piece so the color is consistent when it dries.
How sectional cleaning is priced
By the number of seats, not by the room. A five-seat L-shape with a chaise takes longer than a three-seat sofa, and a U-shape longer still. Send a photo of the whole piece to 747-466-6608 and we'll count the seats and give you a firm price. The 20% promo discount is applied automatically.
Drying a large sectional
Bigger piece, more fabric, same drying window: most sectionals are dry in 4 to 8 hours with the AC running, or 1 to 2.5 with our drying equipment. We leave the units slightly separated so air moves between them, then you can push them back together once they're dry.
Why sectionals need a different approach
Section by section
Units are separated so the joins get cleaned too.
Even coverage
No lighter and darker seats when we're done.
Airflow between units
Separated units dry evenly, not just on top.
Sectional cleaning questions
How long does sectional cleaning take?
Sectional cleaning usually takes 3 to 8 hours, depending on the size of the sectional, its condition and the number of additional services or treatment options selected.
Do you clean the chaise and the corner unit?
Yes. The chaise and corner get the most use and the most body oil, so they usually need the heaviest pre-treatment on the whole piece.
Can you clean a sectional that can't be separated?
Yes. Fixed-frame sectionals are cleaned in place — we just work the wand into the joins and seams instead of pulling the units apart.
Should I clean the throw pillows too?
It's worth it. Pillows sit against the same skin and pet contact as the cushions, and a set of clean pillows on a freshly cleaned sectional makes an obvious difference.
